In light of some recent thought, I thought it would be both profitable to myself and others (and just plain fun) to start a series of articles in defense of what I believe, including the reasons I have for believing it. Contrary to popular belief, I don’t think faith and reason are in mutually exclusive, nor are science and religion (or at least, Christianity, which I’m hesitant to generalize as a “religion”). With my whole heart and mind, I do believe Christianity is true and is an intellectually viable (actually, superior) world view, even in light of modern science and discovery.
So I’ve decided to write several brief, themed articles which outline the reasons for “the hope that I have”. These may include but not be limited to the historicity/reliability of the Bible, philosophical and scientific arguments/evidence for the existence of God, and perhaps looks into topics such as morality or reasons for rejecting other faith positions, etc. I also think it’d be cool to address the many criticisms of theism/Christianity… Do you have any?
I’ll probably post one pretty soon - stay frosty.
“I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.”

To anyone who’s interested in any way shape or form, let me know if there’s a particular topic or question you might wish discussed and I’d love to cover it.
